Fruits are a very important step in the diet of everyone. It not only allows the necessry fiber needs in our body to cleanse it and keep us regular, but gives us the necessary means for the sugar tooth we all have.

I have found that some fruits may be a bit easy to spoil and have decided that I can clean,  package and freeze fo fute use. By doing this, they areat my fingertips when I need to make a smoothe. I can easily take what I need, whenever I need it. Saving time and energy especially when I am tired or just need a quick meal.

 

Here are some steps to start freezing your fruits:

1. Peel and wash fruits.

2. Cut up in cubes

3. Put them in a ziplock freezer bag

4. Label it with today's date on the bag

5. Freeze.

It's that simple. By dating the bags you put in the freezer, you will know which bags to use first. You can do the same with some vegetables as well. Experiment with this Idea and you will see how much time and energy you can save.
