Again, I started out rather late. I go to sleep rather late at nights and as such wake up late. But in a way it is a good thing as I will consume less calories. I realized that when I am feeling hungry, that the best things for me to do would be to either eat jello, fruit or even a piece of celery.
Like everyone else, I have a serious sweet tooth. This is where I either grab a piece of fruit or yogart to satisfy my cravings and fill me up as well.
I purchased a bowl of fruits yesterday and decided to freeze them in order to have them readily available for my smoothies. So from now on, instead of running to the store for fruits, I am buying them in larger quantities and freezing them to ensure I have on hand for my smoothes and still put some aside just for eating.
