Just one day at a time

For the last 3 weeks I have been taking care of my husband who is a 500 pound man and bed ridden since he fell 3 weeks ago on his way to the bathrrom he did not get hurt but I could not help him off the floor I had to call EMT's to help. Our doctor made a house call to see him and put him on a diet he only gets 2000 2500 calories a day and so far so good. I fix his plate and bring it to him them he might ask if he can have some more and I give him some because when I fix his plate I'm using my amount he thinks he's getting more when he really is getting his amount. A couple of days he has come out to the living room using the scooter he has but after sitting in his chair for a long time he does not have the strength in his legs to get up so he slides onto a desk chair with wheels and I use a rope around the base and pull him into the bedroom then try to pull him up on the bed so I think that counts as my workout.
