After a bad day yesterday, I begin my diet today and my aim is to lose 2lb this week. Due to a disability I can't exercise much at the moment so am concentrating on diet.
I'm working out my own hopefully well balanced healthy eating plan with a lot of fresh ingredients. I have also joined a few challenges and set up one of my own.
I would love to lose 20lb by my birthday in October. Please follow and support me and I will reciprocate. We can do it together
