The Spice of Life

They say variety is the spice of life and I had a lightbulb moment today when I realized it is the key to weight loss.
Like many others I have been on dozens of diets in the past wherethe food choice has been unvaried and boring. WHAT?? An instant doorway to failure! This is my second day on my new plan and unlike in the past when on day 2 I had given up, it's going to work.
Stick with me on this and use your brain. Look at what fruit and veg are in season, they are cheaper then being plentiful. And don't just buy a couple, make sure there is a variety of taste, texture and colour in the house. I for one had forgotten how much I enjoy plums anjjd peaches. Look at my diet plan for proof. Make sure meals are varied. Yesterday I had fish pie. Today, Spanish omelette. And don't forget herbs and spices. They make a meal flavoursome.
So how about it? Are we going to make our goals? The hell we ARE!!
