UGH!! I know I can't just poof myself skinny, but it would be nice. My knees are killing me. Have been for a week. Can't do any kind of jumping or running. Having a hard time doing my gazelle. Those are my calorie burners. And I can't do them. So now what do I do? Gotta keep going till I find something. Sticking to my mantra: Never give up, gone too far to quit now. Must keep going. Working out helps my stress level. I swear I yell at the kids a lot less when I work out. Might just have to go back to the every day workouts again. It just gets hard when the kids don't want to let me do it. They want me to stop what I'm doing and get things for them. Or to settle a fight. Or my 2 year old needs a change. They can't ever just ask my husband. I love my kids, but sometimes, I wish they needed daddy just a little more than mommy!! Ok, back to the drawing board. Cardio kickboxing may have to go for now. The squats are killing my knees!!!!
