I am so busy this next couple of weeks!! Getting a little better with making my choices with my food and sticking to my workouts. It's been tough for me; I'm not one for change so to speak. I was so proud of myself yesterday!! I was at the store, and was getting shakey. I needed to eat something to level out my blood sugar. I usually grab a candybar and don't think twice about it. I kept looking at the calories in this small little thing in my hand. I grabbed one, put it back. Grabbed another, put it back. Ok so I have been dieting and exercising for a week now, and I have only lost 4 pounds. Sadly, I need to lose about 80 more. The thing is, I keep getting stuck. I either get bored with the exercise, or have a really bad, stressful day and I over eat. I'm doing my best to break the cycle. I really want to lose the weight and keep it off.
