Slow going, but still going

UGH!! I know I can't just poof myself skinny, but it would be nice. My knees are killing me. Have been for a week. Can't do any kind of jumping or running. Having a hard time doing my gazelle. Those are my calorie burners. And I can't do them. So now what do I do? Gotta keep going till I find something. Sticking to my mantra: Never give up, gone too far to quit now. Must keep going. I am so busy this next couple of weeks!! Getting a little better with making my choices with my food and sticking to my workouts. It's been tough for me; I'm not one for change so to speak. I was so proud of myself yesterday!! I was at the store, and was getting shakey. I needed to eat something to level out my blood sugar. I usually grab a candybar and don't think twice about it. Well, yesterday, I didn't get to exercise. My ac unit has been down and the guys were out in my garage and had to move my equipment. They were out there for what seemed like forever. My 1st day, not so good

Ok so I have been dieting and exercising for a week now, and I have only lost 4 pounds. Sadly, I need to lose about 80 more. The thing is, I keep getting stuck. I either get bored with the exercise, or have a really bad, stressful day and I over eat. I'm doing my best to break the cycle. I really want to lose the weight and keep it off.
