Rewards

I am I believer in rewards. I mean like this week I lost 3lbs. so as a reward I had a Cinnamon Roll from my local donut shop as a reward for my week. it sure did taste good with my Coffee. And I even added it to my meal tracker, so I didnt feel like I was doing it behind anyones back lol or cheating ......... Anyway I think that if I go all week long and dont have too many big screw ups in my diet, I deserve a Reward every once in awhile....... So I say if you feel like you have done good , then Reward yourself, and do good again,and look forward to that next big Reward.......
