Okay, I dont really know if I did these right but I think I did. and they dont sound like I'm in too good of shape. But they are for sure from the fat me.... LOL my measurents are as follow's...... Chest 47.5 inches, abdoman 49.8 inches, hips 45.5 inches, thighs 27 inches left, 26 inches right, Bicep's 17.5 inches left, 17 inches right. over all my body fat is 34.64%, and my BMI is 35.6% So as you can see , I am not a thing of Beauty..... I am I believer in rewards. I mean like this week I lost 3lbs. so as a reward I had a Cinnamon Roll from my local donut shop as a reward for my week. it sure did taste good with my Coffee. And I even added it to my meal tracker, so I didnt feel like I was doing it behind anyones back lol or cheating ......... Anyway I think that if I go all week long and dont have too many big screw ups in my diet, I deserve a Reward every once in awhile...

3 lbs, Thats how much weight I've lost in the last 7 days. it doesnt seem like a lot, as hard as it is to not eat everything I look at .LOL Anyway it's a start, I just wonder if it's just water weigh, or if I'm lucky, just maybe FAT !!!!!! well anyway was 275. and now 272. Hope I can lose more this coming week.......Alot more LOL .......

I am really having a hard time giving up Diet Coke. I have read alot about how bad Diet soft drinks are for you, and I know I drink way to many of them. I Crave them really bad after a couple of days without one. I know it would be good to stop drinking them, but I'm having a really hard time giving them up completely.......

I just dont like going to a gym to work out. I dont feel like I have shape that is needed to look good at the gym. Hahaha. I feel like everyone is looking at me and I dont like it. So I am going to make my own Gym here in my home. I have been wanting to redo my sun room, and I think it will make the perfect Gym for me. I know it sounds dumb for me to not feel comfortable in a gym working out, but I am to self conscious I guess and I think untill I look better I should be

Help !!!
It's like 12:30 am, and I just had a Hershey's Dark Chocolate attack. And I mean the SPECIAL DARK CHOCOLATE ....... I ate the whole thing, the XL Bar.....4.25 oz, 540 calories, and I loved every bite. I know it's not good for me, But I just couldnt stop untill it was gone...So I am Just telling on myself. I have been thinking about a diet that I read about where you fast for like 16 hours a day and then eat only between 600 to 800 cals a day. I dont know how long I can do it for but it might help me lose weight fast. I know I need to reduce my carbs, and I try to drink alot of water every day. and with some exercise maybe I can drop weight quicker. has any one else tried fasting? and did it work ?
