Most people will wait til January first to get serious. But why not get a head start? I know christmas dinners and eating out are difficult periods when your trying to lose weight, trying to get in shape. But my logic is as follows: If I manage to get healthy habits over the christmas holiday then the rest of the year will be a peace of cake! And I won't need to give up on my good habits every year when christmas comes along because I will know that it's not because it holidays that I can't be on my road to success!

Last time I went under 80 I told myself never again, and here I was this morrning at 79,9. It's time to take my weight, my life back into my own hands! And this is where it starts!

My Goals:  (This is always difficult...)

  1. Get healthy habits and lifestyle!
  2. Weight under 70 kg (Healthy BMI) (Ideal Goal 65)
  3. Get more core muscle strenghth

Out of previous experience I also Know I work better with smaller goals,so here are smaller goals.

  • Under 75 (which was my weight before I started working 3 months ago)
  • Under 72 (Which is my Minimum I've had since 2012)
  • Under 70 (Which I've only had once ever before my military school exam)
