Day one has gone by. And I'm still totally motivated!! Today I'll go to the gym for both cardio and muscle work. Im thinking to end with cardio, the opposit of what I was ussually doing but I think I'll be able to be more effective with my muscle work that way and then just a long paced cario at the end. I'll update this diary tomorrow with more thoughts on how that went.

Most people will wait til January first to get serious. But why not get a head start? I know christmas dinners and eating out are difficult periods when your trying to lose weight, trying to get in shape. But my logic is as follows: If I manage to get healthy habits over the christmas holiday then the rest of the year will be a peace of cake!
