Day one has gone by. And I'm still totally motivated!! Today I'll go to the gym for both cardio and muscle work. Im thinking to end with cardio, the opposit of what I was ussually doing but I think I'll be able to be more effective with my muscle work that way and then just a long paced cario at the end. I'll update this diary tomorrow with more thoughts on how that went.

Started taking healthy snacks to work, fruits fruits and more fruits ^^
In order to survive the holiday period I am also allowing my self one sweet treat fter dinner, important is just one small portion!

Yesterday I realised I'm also having difficulties drinking enough water! This has to change, yesterday I had only 3 glasses of water. My next goal is to get 8 glasses in a day!
