Last Week Disaster

So I went off the deep end last week, going home and having dinner with everybody and the Holiday and not getting any exercise in...This week I aim to get back on track. Hopefully run strong til the next "event". Which come out of the blue anymore. Going to get up every hour at work and atleast walk down and do the ab twisty thing in the break room. I can feel my heart rate go up when I get on it. So I guess that's better than sitting all day!
