I have even kept a spreadsheet of calories in/calories off and according to my spread sheet I should be at 156.1 in weight, however since May 11 I have only lost .6 lb that is SIX TENTHS OF A POUND,  that is a LITTLE TINY MICROSPIC BIT MORE THAN ONE HALF< YES ONLY HALF HALF HALF ONLY A HALF OF A's been OVER A MONTH and I LOST ONLY 6 10ths of a pound...WTF????????  SO....I heard a saying once...

250 Steps Every Hour???

Yesterday was a good day, I got up every hour and atleast walked down to the breakroom and back up the stairs...did a few twists that I forgot to's hard to get 250 steps in here without people looking at you and asking "what are you doing???" plus cameras which anyone can log into and have up at privacy at all except the bathroom which we have three independent

Last Week Disaster

So I went off the deep end last week, going home and having dinner with everybody and the Holiday and not getting any exercise in...This week I aim to get back on track. Hopefully run strong til the next "event".  Which come out of the blue anymore.  Going to get up every hour at work and atleast walk down and do the ab twisty thing in the break room.  I can feel my heart rate go up when I get on it.  So I guess that's better than sitting all day!

The Wedding

So I went home for my daughters "say yes to the dress" day and we did nothing but eat...I used to be my 105 lbs size 2-4 and eats whatever she wants and somehow 2 bio kids, 2 step kids, 2 foster kids later I am 165 lbs size 14-16 and calories stick like glue...Ugh!  I sit all day in front of a computer, I've tried everything I could to stay motivated, I'm old, I'm tired and I'm hungry all the time.  I just can't find that break through

Left FIT BIT at Work :(

Left my fitbit at work charging yesterday so I had to track calorie burning the old fashioned way AND ofcourse, I DID NOT burn as many without the fitbit! AND i probably would've stepped the remaining 3000 in front of the tv to get my daily 10,000!!!

How are people burning 1600-1700 calories daily???  What fitbit are they using?  My fitbit only tracks the calories burned that would count towards weight loss.  If I could burn 1600-1700 calories daily, i could eat whatever I wanted because that means I would then go on to burn about 800 more just living and then another 400 just sleeping!  So basically these people should be losing a pound a day?  It just doesn't add up!  Why are they here???   They

I was so tired from hiking on Sunday and was interrupted during a nap that I just went home from work last night and went to bed!  Now I'm pist cause I only burned 76 calories
