I did good on Day 1.
Day 2 started off a little chaotic.
I work from home, however I drive my partner to work everyday. Its a 10 minute drive, so not too bad. Except here in Ottawa it has been pretty cold the last few days, and my truck would not start this AM. My car was parked in the garage but was blocked by my truck in the driveway. I tried to boost using my car, however the booster cables would not reach from the front of the car to the back where the truck was in the driveway. I had a small coniption, cursing winter, however I found a second seet of booster cables and was able to extend them, I cannot wait for winter to be done :)
So i was a little late to do my workout, I generally have 1 hour between dropping off my partner and starting my work day. So today workout will be in the evening.
I managed to find some Lesmills bodypump videos on youtube, I will use those to get back into working out. I have setup a space in my basement, today i will buy a set of barbells and dumbells :),
