Its a Barbell and Dumbbell set. I chose this one because of the good reviews, but also because iot is a short bar. I want to do Rows, lunges and squats so this will be perfect.115$ canadian...
I also downloaded a bunch of LesMills Bodypump classes and will be using those.
I was shopping around for step boxes and could not belive how much they were chargimg, I will build my own this weekend. I found the following useful guide to build your own step box:
