Last week I purchased a Fit Bit Alta. This is so neat. It is a watch that monitors my sleep and activity. My goal is 8000 steps daily. So far I have met my goal daily. If I do not move for an hour the watch vibrates and reminds me to move. Neet huh? I have had 1500 steps one day when I got real busy. It is hard to get it in daily because I have a sore foot, but told myself I will stick to my goal.
