Newly motivated

Things have been well. Been keeping to my food and excercise log. Walked over 5 miles yesterday, not all in one stretch so. But think doing well for my age. I have lost over 80 lbs. since starting this and am only 2 lbs. away from my goal. Just so scared I could regain.
