40+ No more excuses

I am a 42 yr old single woman who is taking an active role in my own health.
Today I am starting to record my efforts in my weight loss. For the last couple months I have altered my eating habits drinking both green shakes and protien shakes for both breakfast and lunch. I haven't been recording anything yet because my main focus was becoming acustomed to a lower calorie intake.
Now I'm ready to start adding in workouts to compliment those eating habits.
* Cardio
* Pilates
* Light Weight Training
Tonight I plan to start with a 2 mile walk + 50 squats +10 min of streching to work out anything that gets too sore....
So le the real journey begin..............................................................................................
