About me: I'd like to lose between 10-15 lbs. It's not that I am in horrible shape.... I work out probably 4 times a week - lifting weights and running. I can run up to 4 miles and I bike to work 3 or 4 times a week (6 miles one way). I just have a really tough time controlling my eating. I live in a city - there's lots of good food, good happy hours, etc. It's tough. So, I'm hoping this tracker will help.
