About me: I am a mom of three very active young kids (6,4,3) and a husband who is also a very active and healthy person. I put on some weight while pregnant with each of my kids, and my pregnancies were so close I didnt really have the time to loose the extra weight before I was pregnant again. Now though I am done having babies, and the ones I do have are super active and playful, my goal is not necessiarly to be a desired weight but just healthier overall. I want more energy so I can keep up with my very active family and not always be the slowest one.
