About me: I am currently training as an ameture bodybuilder. Currently I am in a bulk phase. Not your traditional bulk phase where some just eat whatever they can. I am eating only whole foods high in protein, good fats, and carbs. This phase will last until April at which point I will then enter my cutting phase that will go into June 30th. My goal is to pack on as much lean muscle mass without gaining to much fat. Lets see what happens.
