About me: I am currently in a relationship where I do not have to work or do much at all. I have been pretty much idle for 1 year and it shows as I have gained 30 lbs during the last year. I never allow myself to weight more than 150lbs, that is my sign to get off by butt and do something about it. So here I am trying to eat healthy and exercise. I have started my regiment of eating healthy and smaller portions and walking and my Tony Little excercises that I swear by, they always seem to work. This is my first week on getting back on track. I am currently walking 30 minutes a day as that is all my legs will allow...boy sure can tell I have been sitting way too much. And using Tony Little`s Easy Shaper every other day, five days a week.
