About me: Since I've began my first year of college and working in a restaurant after summer ended, I've unfortunately put on my "freshman 15" already. I was in great shape during the summer and I would like to get back to where I was and even get in better shape. I just can't seem to find any motivation anymore and I've developed a lot of anxiety which causes me to wanna eat ALL the time. I would just like some support from others to help me get back on track with a new diet and exercise program.
