About me: Hello, Glad to be here. I gained almost 20 lbs and aged about that, too in the last 3 1/2 years from changing my lifestyle of workouts and healthy eating to no exercise and emotional eating. Yes it was because of a Bad Romance as Lady Gaga sings so scarily. I am just beginning to snap out of it and want to take my life and health back. I have not much energy as I still am sort of in shock from all that went down. I found this site and started tracking my food intake. The diet tracker here is what's turning my life around. I plan to first work on my eating for a few weeks, then add exercise back in when my energy levels come up a bit. I am just trying to stick with this so that's what I'm focusing on. The four days I have been doing the 40/30/30 Zone plan have been a revelation. My carb/sugar cravings have subsided, I eat 5 meals a day and I do not let myself get hungry. I have carb/sugar issues so I can't do a low carb diet I get too miserable and binge at night. SO far this works and
