About me: I am a married, mother, and I have lost 83 lbs. My journey began when I was so tired that it was a task to take a shower everyday and go to work. I began working out and started making small changes to my diet and I started dropping weight and feeling aMaZing!!
Last year I discovered that I have a herniated and a bulging disc in my back and I am no longer able to do some workouts, but I was told by Doctors that the best thing for it was to WORKOUT! I love the way I feel now and wouldn't change it for anything.
