About me: Hello, Just 6 months ago i was your normal/healthy young adult. Im a Certified Nurse Assistant who is going to college to become a nurse. I had been depressed and my doctor put me on depression meds, Zyprexa and Geodon, because of weight gain and allergic reactions i had stopped them and went to the gym to lose to ah, approximately 10 pounds I had gained, My normal weight was around a healthy 130-135... I was weighing in at around 140-145. While at the gym on a treadmill, i started walking first, i noticed my heart rate was 205 just walking and i knew this was not normal, I had also had edema (swelling of the feet and ankles), so i went to the doctor and got blood work done. Blood work came back that my thyroid was overactive. My doctor immediately put me on high blood pressure meds, and i had been havent unreal symptoms such as panic attacks, hot flashes, shakes, forgettfulness, nausea, weakness and fatigue.
