About me: I am not working for the first time in my life. For many years, I worked 18 hours per day 5 days per week and 10 hours per day on Sat and Sunday. Since I have been married, I have gained 2 pounds per year for a total of 70 pounds. I have lost 8 pounds so far, but I need to lose at least 35-40 pounds more. My big problem is that I have several food allergies, high cholesterol and type 2 diabetes. My allergies include soybeans, seafood (all), nuts and many protein sources. This limits the variety of foods I can eat and is very frustrating.
