About me: I found this to be more comfortable then bar bell squats 2 50 to 75 ponders should do it then back down to what ever you can do a set of 20 reps

    I found that I gained in the winter I shot up to 227 from 205
    No matter what I did in the GYM I couldn't get beck down
    Spin class what ever, I sit at a computer most of the day so I thought about it board eating to keep my self awake to. so I got a new job in a cabinet shop dropping 2 pounds a day problem is my feet hurt soooooo much after ten hours on them, Ok time to go to the gym its arm and shoulder day :-)

    RobinFields changing to a ones a week heavy day like upper body one day lower body the next day off and a mile run then arms the day after mile run abs. this is getting me nice gains but now I have to hold off 3 weeks till my hernia op heels.

    I changed my work out to heavy one a week. chest and back, next day one mile run and lags, day 3 off day 4 mile and arms day 5 mile and abs. off on week end. glad Christmas is over. on Advanced Fat-Burning Cardio Plan workout plan.
