About me: In 5 months I will be 50 and I want to wake up on my birthday and be able to say I am in the best shape of my life. To do that, I will work out 6 days a week to include cardio and weight training. I will also restrict my diet so that I lose 1.5 lbs each week. That will get me to my goal weight of 185.
