About me: I am a mother of 2...An 11 year old and a 1yr old and I figured it was time to make a permanent change before I hit the big 4-0. I had lost about 25-30 lbs right before I got pregnant (probably why I got pregnant LOL) and then spent the last year and a half without any activity other than being pregnant and motherhood of a baby. It is time for me again (only this time I won't get pregnant!) and I have given myself a goal of about 80lbs to lose and if I achieve this goal, I'll treat myself and my family to a vacation next year using my tax refund check. I have started the work out habit the last 3 weeks so that before I publicly said anything I would know I could get into the gym 5-6 days a week. Working out, once I'm started is never the hard part...it is the ice cream and eating the right things throughout the day that I will need to work hard on.
