About me: Hi ldragonfly thank you for your sweet words. I have found out that walking is the best exercise that you can do. I also had my meal on a real small plate got off of sweets and bought everything I could that was sugar free. I made sure that I walked every day. Had a great day today the weather was so pretty that I took a eight mile walk it was so great if it doesn't rain Sunday will be doing it again. You can do it I want to have 41 lbs off by the end of June I want 3 lbs per week off just have to get myself together. I will pray for you each night and you do the same for me. We all just need to remember each everyday and help each other to reach our goals. It helps alot just knowing that you have others to talk that are having the same problems as you are and can understand what you are going through.
