About me: Last September I went on the Trim Club diet and started working out at the gym with my husband and our neighbor. They had been going regularly and on several occasions had tried, unsuccessfully, to enlist me to join them.
At first I was more interested with my diet plan then the gym workout. Gyms had never been a comfortable place for me. However, going with my my workout buddies made it more inviting. I was timid at first about the machines, mostly because I was not familiar with them, and started out by just getting on the treadmill which seemed non-threatening. Since there was a programmed routine on the machine, I felt comfortable following the "weight loss" workout on the treadmill. I can remember finishing level 1 for 30 minutes, which wasn't as easy as I thought it might be, and being so pleased that I could get through it.
Today I totally see the benefits of exercise and am no longer timid or uncomfortable beingin the gym. Actually its quite the contrary. I love going to the
