About me: A few years ago I was a 550 pound woman.. I am now a proud 189.. I still have a ways to go but loving the trip to a healthy and smaller me! I am a very dedicated to kick boxing and MMA fighting and train 3 days a week for at least 2 to 3 hours. on the other days I train in cycling and weightlifting.
