    hoodoo68 I know you posted this comment a while back and maybe you have figured things out but I just wanted to say something in case you hadn't. You obviously do not need to lose weight but are frustrated with belly fat that hangs on no matter what you do? This is a diet issue, NOT a workout issue. If you limit your sugar intake, meaning all refined sugars including amounts of bread, which turn to glucose in your belly, you should see a change. I have the same complaint and was told to limit my sugars to 5-6 grams per meal. Now that is pretty extreme, but if you can work at that goal I believe you will see results. Limit fruits too but realize that they metabolize differently in the body and are not as much of a culprit as refined sugars. We can all still get fat from fruits and vegetables too! Everything in moderation.

    That was my thought! I couldn't use some of the weight they are using here and I don't consider myself a beginner! on Basic Strength Plan: 2 Days a Week workout plan.
