About me: I am a married 51 year old woman, Petite 5'1" and haven't done any significant exercise routine in years. I was an aerobics queen in my 20's and have managed to keep my weight around the "normal" range as Wii Fit describes. I had a partial hysterectomy 2 years ago and have lost all the muscle tone I had. I'm tired, weak and flabby from head to toe. I gain insightful nutrition tips from Biggest Loser (huge fan) and simply lack the effort to push through these years of change.
I thought if I tried to use a tool that holds me accountable, I would have some success.
