About me: I just got started. I have a very active career but have been stuck overweight for a few years. I can (and do) walk & run & ride horses (english) all day but my lack of good sleep and large food portions have kept me 2 sizes larger than I'd like to be. I recently was very ill and lost over 15 lbs. I'm finding it easier to cut food portions since & want to keep it up, however I have a history of eating diorders and I'm afraid of becoming obsessed. It feels good to be down a size but I don't want to let it take me over. I thought this may be a place to keep track of what I'm really doing and possibly find support.
