About me: I'm trying to lose 50lbs but lately I'm stuck. I walk about 12 miles a week but it's not enough. I'm disappointed in my lack of weight loss. I started at 251 and now 234. I can't breakout of the 230's. I try to kept my calories around 1400 aday. I'm 50 years old.
