About me: hi my name is mia and my goal is to loose 15 pounds i weight 135 and i still dont feel good about myself yet this summer i want to loose the weight.im 18 .i use to be so strong when it came to my diet but now im weak at it. what should i do to keep out of eating alot and just saying that i will do it but i dont. sometime i make plans to get up in the morning at 6:00am before i go to school but i never do it. and that just me showing that i can't doit.help me what should i do guys.
