About me: I am 32 years old and a wife to a wonderful man and mommy of 2 small children. I had gained some weight before I got pregnant (the usual weight gain that comes with getting married and cooking GOOD meals for 2 instead of just for me). My first pregnancy was a tough one and almost all the baby weight stayed. My second pregnancy was much better, but found that I am now at the same weight as when I was pregnant, and that really needs to change! I am determined to lose the weight and get back down to where I was when I got married, or at least closer to it! I am an emotional eater, as in I eat when I am depressed and I eat when I am bored. That is the worst!! So now I have been trying to change that and become healthier. I really want to set a good example to my kids!
