About me: i am a 32 year old single mother of a 5 year old, my daughter and job keep me very active and on my feet all day long. My "problem" area is mainly my core and abs. about ten years ago i lost over 100 pounds all by myself...but now i am having a problem losing just 5 or 10 pounds. i have struggled with my weight my whole life, and belly fat and my core has always been my biggest issue. i am not as concerned with the actual amount of weight i lose as i am with turning my belly fat into muscle.
