About me: I had a baby 15months ago. I weighed 205 when I had him. I now weight 169 due to dieting and excercising for the past 10months. I would like to lose 20pds more. I love to run which is what I started to do on a treadmill. I can do 1hr but it's leisure run. I feel that I need to incorporate more weight training. I go to the gym at night, 9pm-midnight monday-thursday only. That's the only time I can do it without feeling guilty doing something for myself and without taking valuable time from my family. However, I'm afraid that because it's going to start getting colder and with winter season, I won't be able to keep it up. I don't want to gain any more weight which is why I decided to join.
