About me: I know the way to lose weight for me is to, walk,walk walk, no soda,eat salads & seafood,not fried,lots of water and green tea.I have lost 92 lbs and 12 dress sizes by doing what I said ,but then i got pregnant and stayed home with my little girls for 3 moths after I had my baby and it was winter and I gained all the weight back.when i was smaller,I felt so much better about the way I looked and how much better I felt and everyone else seen it too,I have always fought my weight ,most of the time the fat winning.I am starting to do the things again that I know work for me and I will get this other person off my back for once and for all and I cant have no more babies.
