About me: I am severly overweight! I have been exercising since January and got really into it about March. I have not lost a thing!!! I am getting so depressed and I just want to get this unwanted off. I need to loose about 100 pounds but I will be happy to get under 200 pounds...that's about 60 pounds. Ugh I just need help!!! and some more motivation because I have lost mine.
