About me: I will turn 51 this week. I was always thin until I developed thyroid problems. Now, I am also middle-aged and the weight seems to be in the 190 to 200 range for the last few years. I would like to lost to 135 pounds, which would be healthy for my frame and age. I have not developed any health problems due to my weight at this time, but I can see the writing on the wall. I want to feel good about myself and to start to feel more energetic. I was exercising before the holidays, but I need to start this again. My eating habits are not that good. I am not as hungry in the morning and then I want to eat more in the evening. I also have to have more protein in my diet, since my sugar level tends to drop. I really am glad that I found this website with its tools and especially its support groups. Thanks!
