Im just so aggrevated I have been dieting and walking for about a month and a half and have not lost any weight or inches. I can not figure out what I am doing wrong or what I should be doing different

You can't really lose weight without stepping up your cardio, maybe try some fitness dvd's with a good cardio workout. Or take a run around the block, if that's not too much outside time, you can always just create a mile track around your neighborhood. I weighed 275 lbs with 33% body fat, now I'm 230 with 18%, still some more to go but all I really changed was I now run 2-4 miles every morning mon-fri, even taking a walk will help!!! Try and find a grocery store close by and walk there instead of drive, take the stairs at school instead of the elevator, park as far away as possible and walk farther, anything helps!!!!
