Hello everyone, I'm a mother of two young adults (High School age) I'm 43 somewhat very active, but seemed to be losing a battle with weight loss. Last year I was extremely successfull, but got of track towards the end of the year and struggling to regain myself. Ordered the Insanity dvds, waiting for them to arrive. Gym membership and access at work to multiple weight training and Cardio machines. Wish me luck on my journey of regaining my goal of overall physical fitness.
