Hey everyone, I am not new to being active but I am almost 24 and havent been active since I was 17, due to back surgeries and two knees that dislocate. I now have braces that assist my knee problem, and am looking to start building streangth to help with my back and knee pain, and also because of my lack of activness I have gained about 50 lbs. I have never done the gym thing, but just got a membership. I would love and help or advise that anyone could give me. I am determined to get back in shape and hopefully through that relieve some of the presure and pain in my whole body.

Hey everyone. I am new here and would appreciate any help at all. I am a single mom. Me and my daughter(14) have recently purchased a membership to the local leisure center(has everything). I work full time as a secretary and need to be active as I sit for 8 hrs per day. I need a routine fit for beginners and something that wont leave me sore and stiff the next day.
