here it goes on my first day. Joined a gym im ready to shed some of this

Just join the gym myself, I cant afford the monthly dues and the personal trainier, hope this will help me to create my own workout and get me on track to a healthier me! Good luck to everybody. I have changed my workout plan three times in two days! Third time is a charm, right?
