Workout routine comments

i'm having the same problem. why can i not see the whole weeks workouts?

How do you see the workouts for the rest of the week? I can only see "workout routine sample" and I want to see all the workouts for the rest of the week instead of only day 1 and day 2

Tired of blaming my weight gain on my job; I need to gain back my flexability, strength, and energy that I had 10 years ago (not to mention the 50 pounds I've gained). Having been quite active most of my life, I think every time I start a new 'fitness program' I begin too agressively and am too tough on myself, and so, when I can't keep up my 'scheduled routine' it all falls apart. Any suggestions for fitting in fitness (and good eating habits) with 14-16 hour workdays (with meetings often scheduled over lunch!!!)?
